Israel is the apple of God's eye and here His eye weeps blood because He sent the Messiah and they did not recognize Him. So the Israeli flag represents Israel as the apple of His eye. Calvary is the actual focus here and Jesus already came to bring redemption to the Jews but was rejected. Painted during a praise and prayer meeting as worship to the Lord.
